2019: Thank You for a Great Year
One word to describe 2019? WOW! It was an honor to watch our team grow and work with so many amazing companies throughout the year. Every business has their goals and projections for the year, so when you not only meet them, but exceed them, there’s celebrations to be had. At our end of the year party, Creator and CEO, Paul Ciesiun expressed to the team, “Two years ago, I stood in front of a much smaller group of about 12 people, and I said, ‘I swear we’re going to be really busy, I swear we’re going to have benefits, and I swear we’re going to move into a bigger facility’, well look, here we are now,” and here we are now is an understatement!
So, in reflection of the year passed, I’d like to take a moment to celebrate some of our exceptional achievements of 2019.
2019 Cubs Convention
We kicked off the year right with a little bit of Hometown pride! We were able to build a variety of immersive pieces for the 2019 Cubs Convention at Wrigley Field. They liked what we did so much for the convention, we were asked to complete another build for Opening Day!
The Dr. Seuss Experience
A project’s a project, no matter how small. But this project we had, wasn’t small at all! It was a blast tapping into our inner child for this whimsical project at it’s first location build in Toronto. Looking forward to seeing all the places this traveling experience will go!
New Location, Same Dedication
We are so excited to officially announce the move into our new location! The location of our new Office/Workshop is 40,000 sq. ft. larger than our last location, and considering the growth of our team, we needed it. Once the move is complete, we will have all our departments housed under one roof. The most exciting part about the move for us, is being able to streamline communications and productions, while also being able to launch new initiatives that enhance our team’s and client’s experience!
Growing, Growing, Growing
The most exciting news to share, in my opinion, is that since last year our team has nearly doubled in size! The family keeps growing! We are so grateful to everyone that has stuck with us since the beginning and to everyone that has recently joined us to help L3DFX become a leading Creative Studio.
We are excited to see all that 2020 will bring and are grateful to everyone who’s on this journey with us!
